Good suggestion.

Biggest win for effort: more instructions. Include this info in the guide? Also, it isn't clear if/why someone ought to create an account before making an enquiry.
Runner up win for effort: an updated email template. Also provide templates for the personal follow-up and the thank you emails, perhaps linked from the guide so people browsing can can see how easy it can be
Most annoying issue: I think the site kept doing strange things with linefeeds in email. Grrr.
Most really damaging issue: the fact that emails would be sent to spam, both emails to the publishers and also IsItOpen alert emails to enquirers. Not sure what can be done.

Really useful tips Heather -- and great work with the enquires.

I think we should try and incorporate as many of your suggestions as possible into the isitopen software. Do you have any thoughts on what the top improvements should be based on your experience here?
